About 9 years ago my 6th grade teacher, Tim 8775 Madwords 8776 Madden, taught us the useful acronym Soft Tacos So Delicious for the heading meaning Student Name, Teacher Name, Subject, Date and now as I write an essay 9 years later I still remember it and it still helps. If your instructor requires your paper to have a cover page, he/she usually provides specific instructions on what you should put on the cover page. When reports were written on typewriters, the names of publications were underlined because most typewriters had no way to print italics. If you write a bibliography by hand, you should still underline the names of publications. But, if you use a computer, then publication names should be in italics as they are below. Always check with your instructor regarding their preference of using italics or underlining. Our examples use italics.
